Createify is a marketplace platform operated by Gononet Technologies LLC, based in New York, United States. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Createify platform. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Platform Role

Createify acts as a technology platform that connects clients with independent creators. We do not provide content creation services directly and are not a party to agreements between users. All engagements are solely between clients and creators.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.

4. Marketplace Rules

Users must conduct all communication, transactions, and payments through the Createify platform. You may not attempt to bypass the platform or engage in off-platform transactions.

5. Orders and Agreements

When a client engages a creator, an agreement is formed between the two parties. Creators agree to deliver work as described, and clients agree to provide clear requirements and feedback.

6. Payments

Payments on Createify are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. Createify does not store or have direct access to your payment details.

By making payments on the platform, you agree to the terms and policies of the payment provider.

7. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to balance fairness for both clients and creators:

• Before Work Begins: Clients may cancel and receive a full refund if the creator has not started work.
• During Work: If work has begun, refunds may be partial depending on progress and delivered work.
• After Delivery: Once work is delivered, refunds are not guaranteed unless the work does not meet agreed requirements or is not delivered.
• Disputes: Createify may review disputes and facilitate resolution, but does not guarantee outcomes.
• Processing: Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

8. Creator Responsibilities

Creators must deliver original, lawful, and high-quality work that matches the agreed scope. Failure to meet expectations may result in account restrictions.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide clear requirements, timely feedback, and fair evaluation of delivered work.

10. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the delivered work unless otherwise agreed. Creators retain ownership until payment is completed.

11. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or outcome of services.

12. Limitation of Liability

Createify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use or user interactions.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful or fraudulent activity.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable jurisdictions.
